In May, the deadline for submitting bids for the public procurement for design and author's supervision expires

In April 2026, "HICCH“ was again the active party in seeking communication and solutions to ensure access to the future National Children's Hospital. Actions were taken regarding the change of purpose of adjacent plots and for ensuring the electricity supply of the future hospital. Another correspondence was initiated with Sofia Municipality and the Road Infrastructure Agency, based on the commitments made in the cooperation and coordination agreement.

Regarding the public procurement – meetings were held and recommendations from professional organizations in design and architecture were taken into account. In accordance with the Public Procurement Act, the deadline for submitting bids for the announced open procedure for design and author's supervision was extended to May 19, 2026, and the opening of bids is scheduled for May 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The change has been reflected promptly and properly.

The annual activity report and program of "HICCH" for the implementation of the set indicators have been adopted and published. Opinions and clarifications have been prepared in fulfillment of the commitment to full transparency and accountability.
